Brownie Bread recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup of water.
2 tablespoons of water.
½ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder.
2 ½ teaspoon of active dry yeast.
3 cups of bread flour.
¾ cup of sugar.
1 ½ teaspoon of salt.
2 tablespoons of oil.
1 egg.
1 egg yolk.
½ cup of walnut pieces.

Preparation Instructions:

Bring the 1 cup of water to a boil.

Add the cocoa and stir until dissolved completely.

Allow to cool to room temperature.

Add the cocoa and all remaining ingredients except the nuts in the order suggested by your bread machine manual.

Choose raisin bread setting and start.

Add the walnuts at the beeper.
